Spreading Rare Love, One Life at a Time

Rare Love Empowerment Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization based in Nigeria, West Africa. We are driven by one simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to live with dignity, care, and hope—regardless of their background or circumstances.

Founded in 2022 by Clara Nneka Aniebue, the foundation was born out of her deep concern for the growing number of vulnerable people in her community who lacked access to basic healthcare, education, and daily essentials. Her personal encounters with poverty, sickness, and hopelessness inspired her to act—and Rare Love Foundation became the bridge between compassion and impact.

What started as a small act of love—helping pay medical bills, feeding the hungry, supporting widows, and sending children to school—quickly grew into a movement. Clara gathered friends and fellow changemakers who shared her heart, and together they began reaching more lives with every effort.

Today, Rare Love Foundation continues to bring free healthcare, educational aid, prison outreach, food relief, and empowerment programs to some of the most marginalized individuals in our society. Whether it’s a hospital ward, a widow’s home, a prison cell, or a hungry child on the street—we show up with one mission: to be a vessel of rare love in a broken world.

Nneka Clara Aniebue

Founder
Nneka Clara Aniebue is a compassionate and purpose-driven individual deeply committed to humanitarian service. With over 22 years of experience volunteering with various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), she has dedicated her career to empowering lives and fostering human development. Clara is a highly accomplished professional with a robust academic and professional background. She holds an M.Sc. in Economics and is an Associate Member of several prestigious institutions, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Nigerian Association of Energy Economics, and the International Association of Energy Economics. A multi-talented and dynamic individual, Clara is a seasoned tax practitioner and economist with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors. She is also a Rotarian, a certified change manager, and a determined goal-getter, known for her dedication to achieving impactful outcomes. Clara’s unwavering passion for serving humanity continues to inspire her work, making a positive difference in the lives of those she touches.

Confidence Oluchi Obilonu

Secretary
Confidence Oluchi Obilonu is a seasoned Administrative and Human Resource Manager with extensive expertise spanning 9 years in the banking industry and 6 years in the oil and gas sector. Beyond her professional achievements, Confidence has dedicated over a decade to grassroots charity work. Her efforts focus on empowering individuals through the implementation of small-scale businesses, helping beneficiaries break free from the cycle of unemployment. She is also actively involved in fundraising initiatives to support underprivileged members of her community, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to improving lives. Confidence's unique blend of professional excellence and humanitarian dedication highlights her as a transformative leader both in the workplace and within her community

Nnaji Bethel

Financial Secretary
Nnaji Bethel is an experienced education instructor and a successful trader with over 7 years of expertise in the luxury human hair extension industry. A kind-hearted and compassionate individual, Nnaji is deeply committed to positively impacting the lives of others. With a strong passion for service, she is actively involved in various charitable causes and works closely with Non-Governmental Organizations to support initiatives that uplift underserved communities. Her dedication to making a difference aligns with the mission of Rare Love Empowerment Foundation, and her contributions as the volunteer Financial Secretary are driven by her desire to create lasting, positive change in the lives of those in need. Bethel studied Environmental Management at Enugu State University of Science and Technology

Kizito Osagie

Public Relations Officer
Kizito Osagie is a dedicated and accomplished banker with over 15 years of experience in financial management across prominent financial institutions. With a strong academic foundation, Kizito holds an MSc in Business Analysis and Consulting from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and an MBA from the University of Aberdeen, both in the United Kingdom. As the Public Relations Officer of Rare Love Empowerment Foundation, Kizito plays a pivotal role in fostering effective communication between the organization and its beneficiaries. His excellent communication skills and passion for philanthropy ensure that the foundation's messages are clearly conveyed, building strong relationships and advancing its mission. Kizito is also a committed benefactor, actively supporting various charity initiatives aimed at uplifting underserved communities. His experience and dedication to service make him an invaluable asset to the foundation.

Ekene Christian Okafor

Board Member
Ekene Christian Okafor is the C.E.O of Ekene Global Ventures Nig. Ltd. Founded since 2002, the company specializes in healthy Teas, crunchy and great tasting biscuits; and a wide variety of exotic wines and cocktails. His products are available in all major supermarkets and departmental stores throughout Nigeria and its environs (see https://ekeneglobal.com) Ekene is a philanthropist with a passion for programs with emphasis on women gender inclusivity and children development.

AZUKA JOHNPAUL NDEFO

Board Member
AZUKA JOHNPAUL NDEFO JP is a native of Nnewi in Nnewi North of Anambra state . He attended primary and secondary school in Ebonyi state. He's a christian married and blessed with children. He is a business man based in Lagos state. He has attended several spiritual conferences and workshops within and outside Nigeria. A foundational leader of Catholic charismatic renewal in festac town and active member of Catholic Men Organization. He has mentored many young and upcoming business men . MR Azuka is amiable , God fearing and a bundle of God's grace and love . He has a passion for service to God through humanity.

Luther Kington Nwobodo

Luther Kington Nwobodo is a forward-thinking technology and data analytics leader with nearly two decades of transformative experience at the intersection of AI, data science, and sustainable development. As the Founder of Zgnis Analytics, Luther is pioneering Nigeria’s journey toward a circular economy—equipping businesses, governments, and development agencies with powerful waste and recycling insights that fuel zero-waste initiatives and climate resilience. Known for combining deep technical expertise with a passion for social impact, Luther has led innovation strategies and advanced data engineering solutions at leading tech organisations, including 1 Goal Analytics, Unyte Africa and ORDA Africa. His work consistently drives business scalability, operational efficiency, and environmental impact. Luther’s career is distinguished by his ability to architect and deploy scalable analytics infrastructures, automate business intelligence workflows, and spearhead AI-driven decision-making across sectors—from insurtech to logistics, food-tech, and non-profit development. His toolset spans Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Apache Spark, AWS, and more. An active contributor to research, Luther has authored over eight peer-reviewed publications on topics such as predictive analytics, big data, sustainable energy investment, and AI in traffic systems. He has been featured by top media outlets including Business Day, Vanguard, Tech Economy, and The Guardian—and honoured with multiple accolades, including the Most Exceptional Data Analytics Professional of the Year (2024) by NITA. Beyond the boardroom, Luther is committed to mentoring Africa’s next generation of tech leaders. Through initiatives like She-Tech and TechUp Boys, he has empowered over 150 young people with future-ready digital skills, leadership guidance, and access to emerging tech pathways.
